Psychometric methods are a core competency of the Quaternion Group. We offer comprehensive psychometric analyses that can be used for a variety of purposes. Adaptive Testing
Adaptive testing occurs when test questions are selected from a pool of test questions based on how an examinee responds to previous test questions. This dynamic style of testing requires a significant amount of preparation and technical analyses in order to take full advantage of an adaptive testing algorithm. When fully implemented properly an adaptive test can be more precise and more efficient compared to traditional linear forms of testing.
